How is True Sidereal (Real Sky) Astrology different?
Mainstream / 'Western' / Tropical / Sidereal and other forms of popular Astrology DO NOT observe the actual, real sky or cosmos.
Essentially everything presented in these systems is not actually taking place overhead at the time it is presented.
